30 JUL 2008 –

JLL is entering Fabric Care services through its new venture ‘Jyothy Fabricare Services Limited’ to provide “World class laundry at affordable prices at your doorstep”.

27 AUG 2008 –

The Board also approved sub-division of existing Equity shares of Rs 5/- each into 5 equity shares of Rs 1/- each. Sub-division of Equity Shares is subject to approval of shareholders.

27 AUG 2008 –

Recommended Dividend of Rs 7.50 per equity shares of Rs 5/- each for the financial year ended June 30, 2008. In addition the Board of Directors has recommended a Special Silver Jubilee Year Dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share. Total dividend works out to 200% or Rs 10.00 per equity shares. The payment of dividend is subject to approval of shareholders.
